Reverted a remote desktop viewer dependency bump that introduced an upstream regression.

Fixed

  • Reverted the remote desktop viewer's underlying app framework to the previous version after a regression was discovered in the upstream 2.10.3 update. The viewer is back on the same framework version that was shipping reliably before.

A targeted hotfix. A routine dependency bump on the remote desktop viewer pulled in an upstream regression, so this release reverts that bump while we wait for the fix upstream. Nothing else in the product changed.
