Getting Started AI & Security Pricing & Licensing For MSPs

Getting Started

What is Breeze?
Breeze is a remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform with an AI operator built in. Instead of a dashboard you sit and operate, Breeze works the fleet for you — the operator investigates, fixes, and documents endpoint issues, governed by a 4-tier risk engine you control. It ships with 44 modules and zero add-ons, runs self-hosted or as managed cloud, and is the first RMM with an MCP server so you can drive it from Claude Desktop, Cursor, or ChatGPT. The codebase is open source under AGPL-3.0.
Is Breeze really free?
Yes. Self-hosted Breeze — including the AI operator and the risk engine — is free forever under the AGPL-3.0 open-source license. A managed cloud version is now in beta with US and EU regions. Start Cloud Beta to get started.
What operating systems does Breeze support?
Breeze supports Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints. The lightweight agent runs natively on all three platforms, giving you unified visibility and control across your entire fleet.
How do I get started?
Deploy Breeze by following the quickstart guide in the documentation. The setup wizard walks you through initial configuration, agent deployment, and your first device enrollment.

AI & Security

How does the AI operator work?
Breeze ships with an AI operator that works the fleet for you — it investigates, remediates, and documents endpoint issues instead of waiting for you to click through a dashboard. Every action it takes is classified through a 4-tier risk engine you control. Low-risk actions (Tier 0-1) execute automatically. Medium-risk actions (Tier 2) require confirmation. High-risk actions (Tier 3) require explicit human approval. Nothing executes without governance.
Can the AI operator break my clients' environments?
No. The operator runs under the same access controls, permission scopes, and risk guardrails as your human staff. The 4-tier risk engine enforces those guardrails on every action, whether initiated by a person or by AI, and you set where each tier falls. Tier 3 actions always require human approval before execution.
Is Breeze secure?
Yes. Breeze implements defense-in-depth security controls including role-based access, tenant isolation, encrypted secrets, audit logging, and rate limiting. Visit the Trust Center for a full breakdown of security controls, evidence references, and disclosure policies.

Pricing & Licensing

What does Breeze cost?
Self-hosted Breeze is free with no usage limits — the AI operator and risk engine are included. Managed cloud is in beta: Cloud Starter is $20/year and Cloud is $99/month. Visit the pricing page for current details.
Are there per-device fees or add-on charges?
No. The AI operator, the risk engine, and all 44 modules are included in every Breeze deployment. There are no per-device fees, no feature tiers, and no add-on upsells. You get the full platform from day one.
What license is Breeze under?
Breeze is licensed under AGPL-3.0, a widely used copyleft open-source license. The entire codebase is publicly available and auditable.

For MSPs

Is Breeze suitable for MSPs?
Yes. Breeze is built with multi-tenant architecture, partner management, and white-label branding specifically for managed service providers. You can manage multiple client organizations from a single deployment with full tenant isolation.
Can I manage multiple clients?
Yes. Breeze uses a hierarchical multi-tenant model with organization and partner scoping. Each client operates in an isolated context with their own devices, policies, and configurations, while you maintain centralized visibility and control.
Does Breeze integrate with PSA tools?
Yes. Breeze supports third-party integrations through the integrations module, webhooks, and a REST API, letting you connect PSA platforms, ticketing systems, and other tools in your stack. Breeze is also the first RMM with an MCP server, so the AI operator can be driven directly from Claude Desktop, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
