Breeze Viewer auto-update signing key fix.

Fixed

  • Fixed Breeze Viewer auto-update verification failing because the bundled public key didn't match the key actually used to sign release artifacts.

A small-but-important fix for Breeze Viewer: the embedded update verification key now matches the key actually used by our release pipeline, so auto-update works again.
