First-login setup wizard and blocklist-based audit fallback.

  • Blocklist Audit Fallback: audit logging now uses a blocklist approach instead of a whitelist, ensuring new routes are audited by default rather than requiring explicit opt-in.

v0.9.4-2 introduces a guided first-login experience and strengthens audit coverage. The setup wizard walks new partners through essential configuration steps so they can start managing devices immediately. The audit fallback inversion means every new API route is automatically audited unless explicitly excluded, closing a gap where new endpoints could silently bypass logging.
