Yes. Breeze is open-source under the AGPL-3.0 license. You can deploy it on your own infrastructure with Docker Compose at no cost. There are no device limits, no feature restrictions, and no time-limited trials. Every module ships with the platform.
No. Breeze does not charge per device, per endpoint, or per technician. The self-hosted Community edition supports unlimited devices and users. Cloud plans are based on straightforward tiers — Cloud Starter supports up to 3 devices for $20/year and Cloud supports up to 250 devices for $99/month. No metered per-device billing.
Every Breeze deployment includes the AI Brain, risk engine, patch management, remote scripts, SNMP monitoring, network discovery, configuration policies, software inventory, device backups, reports, automation, and more. There are zero add-ons or premium tiers that gate features behind paywalls.
Yes. Breeze Cloud is now in public beta with US and EU regions available. Choose your region and sign up to get started. Beta users get direct team access and help shape the roadmap.

You will land on the Breeze Cloud registration page for your chosen region. After creating your account you can immediately add devices and start managing them. The beta includes all features — nothing is gated.
Yes. We are building migration tooling so self-hosted users can move to Breeze Cloud. Your data, configuration, and device enrollments will transfer.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) AI is included free with every Breeze deployment. You provide your own Anthropic API key and the AI runs locally on your infrastructure. It handles single-event triage with basic reasoning. LanternOps Brain is a managed AI operations platform that adds persistent memory across conversations, cross-tenant intelligence from anonymized patterns, automated playbooks, and compliance evidence generation. Both modes use the same tool catalog and risk engine — LanternOps Brain just reasons smarter.
Yes. The upgrade path is seamless. Go to Settings → AI Brain → LanternOps, click Connect, and authorize via OAuth. Your Breeze instance stays exactly the same — same tools, same risk engine, same data. LanternOps Brain connects remotely through the Brain Connector API. There is zero migration, zero data movement, and zero downtime.
